Privacy Policy
What CopVPN collects, what it deliberately does not collect, and what happens to the little that exists. If you read one part of this document, read the summary.
In plain language
What we hold, and what we do not
The short version, in full. Nothing in the formal text below contradicts it.
What we collect
- Your email address, so you can sign in and we can reach you about the account.
- A hashed password. We cannot read it and we cannot recover it for you.
- Your plan and payment status — what you bought, when it renews, whether it is paid.
- Support messages you send us, kept while the ticket is open and for 12 months after.
- A count of live sessions per server location, so we can add capacity where it is needed.
What we never collect
- Browsing history, DNS queries, or the sites you visit
- Connection timestamps — when you connected, or for how long
- Your real IP address, or the VPN IP you were assigned
- Bandwidth used, per session or per account
- The contents of your traffic, in any form
- Anything that would let us reconstruct what you did while connected
That is not a policy we could quietly reverse. The VPN servers run entirely from RAM with no writable disk attached, so there is nowhere for a log to be written, nothing to subpoena, and nothing to leak.
